Sample Answer 1:
I'd like to talk about an occasion when someone gave you positive advice or suggestions about my study, which was to improve calligraphy. By all accounts, calligraphy has been the tradition deeply rooted in China throughout the history. To be more specific, it is considered a form of art, which turns Chinese characters into images, by using ink and a brush. Consequently, calligraphy can give me peace and quiet, which helps to escape from stress in work or study.
To master this skill, my friend told me to attend classes, which was the most efficient way. There were a wide range of classes to learn Chinese calligraphy, with a basic introduction to it and teach me how to draw simple characters. In addition, all sorts of drawing tools like brushes, ink, and paper would be provided. The icing on the cake would be that the calligraphy class was tailor- made to suit our experience.
Her advice encouraged me learn calligraphy. Having said that, it required so much patience, which was of the essence in work or study, learning calligraphy would benefit the ability to keep concentrated, by focusing on the individual stroke making up a letter and slowing down the process of writing.
Once and for all, muscle memory would have to be built, which was a challenging task.
Finally, I'd like to explain how I felt about the advice. First things first, learning calligraphy contributes to persistence, as I'd go all for it to become proficient in this skill. On top of that, practicing calligraphy's been a stress-reliever, taking my mind off things. When I am dump in the dumps, focusing on calligraphy could calm me down.
Sample Answer 2 :
I'd like to describe an occasion when my grandfather gave me positive advice about my history study. My grandfather has been close on seventy, with salt and pepper hair. He used to be a history teacher in the senior secondary school, who's been hugely popular. The thing is, he's been ever such an approachable teacher who has a way with his students. On top of that, he's been an expert at history who's been reading a huge number of books in terms of history.
At that time, I was snowed under with history learning, failing history exams. As a result, as a knowledgeable and an experienced history teacher, my grandfather gave me sound advice sorting out the problem.
By this I mean, he told me to go through fascinating history exhibitions, so I could acquire history knowledge in a very matter-of-the-fact way. On top of that, he told me that he never did anything by halves, which gave me bags of confidence to face up the problems in history learning.
So to put it in a nutshell, I'd like to explain how I felt about the advice. First things first, my grandfather has used an innovative approach to tackling my learning issue of history. What sets his way apart from others is that he shares alternative views on major historical events. As a consequence, I get to acquire a brand range of history knowledge in such an efficient and effective way. In addition to this, I have been obsessed with history events and historical figures, from which I get to delve into their cultural backgrounds, which hold so much appeal to me. Once and for all, my history has come on by leaps and bounds.
Part 3:
Question:When should parents encourage their children?
Sample Answer:
I personally tend to believe that there've been various occasions when parents should encourage their children. First things first, in the event of difficulties in learning, children tend to feel down in the dumps, so at that time, parents should be a tower of strength for children by giving them bags of confidence to sort problems out. On top of that, parents should encourage their children to achieve more goals, in particular, going to great lengths to achieve more ambitions. So in this way, children can learn to never do anything by halves.
Question:Should parents always encourage their children?
Sample Answer:
From where I stand, in most cases. Parents should encourage their children, on the grounds that, children can feel wanted and valued so they can develop their self-esteem. As a result, children who have self-confidence tend to be more independent and rely on themselves. In addition, children can feel safe and secure with support from caregivers, so they can grow up positively and confidently. Having said that, in the event of incorrect behaviors, parents should not encourage their children rather than providing positive advice on their behaviors.
Question:Do you think negative feedback is more important than positive feedback? Why?
Sample Answer:
I guess that negative feedback is of great value, on the grounds that, negative feedback is beneficial to corrective actions. As a result, people can make most of negative feedback to enhance learning or positive behaviors. That said, positive feedback is effective for beginners who can gain bags of confidence to go all out for challenging tasks.
Question:Why is negative feedback as important as positive feedback at work or in study?
Sample Answer:
From where I stand, there are several reasons why negative feedback and positive feedback are equally essential at work or study. First off, negative feedback is more likely to produce a positive change in behavior, which can increase people's self-awareness of their weaknesses. As a result, people can better improve their capabilities in that way. on top of that, positive feedback provides bags of confidence for people to face up to problems in their daily lives.
